Abstract:

Portfolio of fine art photographs of views taken in Charles Lee Tilden Regional Park and the adjacent nature areas in the Berkeley Hills of Alameda County, Calif. Images chiefly depict trees, especially eucalyptus and oak, and hiking trails found in the park. Among the points of interest are Packrat Trail, Havey Canyon Trail, Wildcat Creek Trail, Laurel Canyon Trail, Rifle Range Trail, Vollmer Peak Trail and the Inspiration Point area. Other East Bay wilderness locations depicted include Stoneface Park, Codornices Park, Lafayette Reservoir, Sibley Volcanic Preserve and the University of California, Berkeley Botanical Garden.
